Is there a max number of GC's you can get? Bought 10 x 100 Safeway GC's. Not getting a message I reached max amount allowed.

I sent $1500 worth of GC to Cardcash. They are asking for verification documents now, (copy of license). Anyone else experience? How long till they review and pay out?
