Long story short, I want to reinstate my closed Amex Plat card since I need it open for them to give me my balance 75K points they forgot (from a 100K match). They keep saying they can't do it because of bogus reasons (ex. i downgraded it to a PRG card...doesn't make sense since I already had a PRG card open, can't see the SM where they promised it, etc). Will talk with another supervisor tomorrow, so hopefully they can resolve it, but otherwise, I'm at my wits' end and short 75K pts
