I booked a room through TripAdvisor and after booking I got the confirmation email showing a different room. I spoke with the hotel and the chain and they can't help me. They both said I need to speak with TripAdvisor as it's a prepaid and an unchangeble booking...problem is no one to call there... any ideas other than disputing the charge?
