Hi,
I have my email coming through a 1 & 1 domain setup as a catch all email address. I often have emails coming in from one sender (lets say dan@dansdeals.com
) No matter what I do, the email comes through to spam and it has become maddening- below are the steps I have taken with no success.
1. add dan@dansdeals.com to my contacts
2. add dan@dansdeals.com to my spam whitelist
3. completely turn off my spam filter
4. contact 1 & 1 support who are useless.
