T-mobile 2G is ok. used it for google voice calls too, decent call quality.

Didn't use voice.

I used Verizon once for a day (until I got myself an Israeli SIM). Can't recall any issues. But for $10 a day, I'd rather just get myself an Israeli SIM for less.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

T-mobile data is pretty slow. Works great for voice calls over GV or WA. Had some issues with texts not sending when I was there in Jan, but never had issues any other time.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

T-Mobile works fine, I always use it for a day or too and then get an Israeli sim.

At&t works well.
But I'd get an Israeli sim if staying for a few days

Used AT&T a couple of months back. Did everything I do in the U.S. and it worked just fine. The only thing you have to worry about is if you're travelling on the 90 you could pick up Jordan towers, which are not included for $10 a day.

T-Mobile works fine for text and calls, while data is limited with speed since your out of the country.
Always had my tmobile phone as a backup aside for my Israeli sim I got for a few shekal.

I had that problem when traveling with my T-Mobile phone it would always jump to Jordan networks, which would cost me an arm and a leg.
Called them up to straighten those charges out, ever since stopped taking my tmobile phone with me when driving in Israel.(They did mention that you can block certain towers from your phone, but never tested that out).
Point being if you plan on being here for a week or two your better off with an Israeli sim, which gets you lots of data, calling in Israel and gv to call the US and canada.

Data worked well too? I've used tmobile in Abu Dhabi, South Africa, Barcelona, Canada, and Israel (off the top of my head) and the service seemed consistent everywhere. 2g data, text was fine (minus some issues I had in Israel, but I believe it was my phone) and the 2g data was fine for WA and GV calling.

Sprint works fine in Israel and in many European countries (Holland, France, Italy, Spain...)

2g works but it is very slow. Too slow for browsing. Fine for emails and whatsapp. Although my whatsapp messages don't come in until I open the app.

I tried Sprint's 4g upgrade for $5/day - $25/week and it was great. (Still had that issue with Whatsapp, though.)
