T-Mobile works fine for text and calls, while data is limited with speed since your out of the country.
Always had my tmobile phone as a backup aside for my Israeli sim I got for a few shekal.
The only thing you have to worry about is if you're travelling on the 90 you could pick up Jordan towers, which are not included for $10 a day.
I had that problem when traveling with my T-Mobile phone it would always jump to Jordan networks, which would cost me an arm and a leg.
Called them up to straighten those charges out, ever since stopped taking my tmobile phone with me when driving in Israel.(They did mention that you can block certain towers from your phone, but never tested that out).
Point being if you plan on being here for a week or two your better off with an Israeli sim, which gets you lots of data, calling in Israel and gv to call the US and canada.
