 Title in link doesn't show how many boxes but 2 reasons make me thing this is a price mistake.
1 is that camel shows its been selling for as high as $100 and 2 is that if you scroll down on the amazon page, it shows Shipping Weight: 23 pounds

That just sounds like a lot of tissues. 1 box is wayyyy less than a pound so we're talking at least 23 boxes here which would make it less than a dollar each https://www.amazon.com/Kimberly-Clark-Professional-Kleenex-Facial-Tissue/dp/B005V3VOZQ

The item number 412-21606 looks like it's for 48 boxes.

Turned out to be 1 single box (there's currently a 1 star review saying that). Called and got refunded.
