I guess you didn't read this point either.
You are conflating a "legal right" and a "moral right".
In the 1800s people in the US had a legal right to own slaves (as they do today to kill unborn children). In Nazi Germany people had the legal right (and requirement) to kill Jews.
Does that give them the moral right to do that?
