When they were trying to pass Obamacare they claimed that it would fix the problem she is raising. Ben is pointing out that Obamacare failed in it's stated objective.
Neither of those claims are true.

By the way, case in point, I searched his Twitter account and can't find any reference whatsoever from the last 14 days about election fraud. Surely he has an opinion on that?

He spends half the time on his podcast talking about it. His position is that
- election fraud is probably real
- the chance that it is at a scale large enough to swing a race is extremely small
- stop babbling about mountains and krakens of proof and just show it. Otherwise it's all hot air.

Then I apologize and stand corrected. I did clarify from the beginning that my observation was limited to the appearance from his Twitter field. I respect him for going against the popular consensus

I think this is more reflective of what he says. He doesn't say it is extremely unlikely that it happened on a large scale, but he says that we probably will never know, in which case Biden becomes president. But otherwise, you are spot on.

Im not accusing him of supporting the conspiracy theories. My point is that he won’t speak out against them, when it’s the topic of the day for the last few weeks
It’s really not the topic of the day at all outside of a couple WhatsApp groups that circulate every piece from newsmax and OAN

I dont have Twitter, but what I gather from listening to him is that he hates Twitter and only uses it to an extent. it could be that Twitter isn't a reliable place to know someone's opinions especially him.

He also keeps saying that Trump is entitled to try and make his case in court. If there was widespread fraud then Trump should be able to produce sufficient evidence to convince the courts. Maybe I'm phrasing it incorrectly but that's the gist of it.

I know he's the president and all, but like no one cares. Even his biggest fanboys and girls, including many on this forum, have long moved on and have gone through the 5 stages of grief. You can hardly call it "top of the conservative agenda" when virtually no conservatives outside of Trump and his crack legal team of hair-dye-dripping sycophants are talking about it.

While I don't dispute that, the front page of the NYT doesn't prove the Conservative agenda

Because most of the Trump news is about the election and AP called the election for Biden already.

I think if people for example would simply watch the Michigan and Georgia hearings, you'd be astounded at what you watch IMHO. Then you can decide for yourself if the vote counting process was not in accordance with each state's law, which can technically invalidate even legally cast ballots...Ben is not talking much about it because what good will it do right now. He says have patience, if something concrete will happen from it, he'll talk about it then.

Do you not find it strange not a single one of these claims was credible and articulate enough to be published coherently and withstand scrutiny?

I do not find anything strange because I don’t know how the entire law process works. I assume most people here don’t know either. Which is why we all just have to sit and wait. The outcome is the outcome.

LOL. The clips I've seen and excerpts I've read are hilariously embarrassing for the Trump team.

The video footage in Georgia showing poll observers being kicked out and then having ballots counted without any supervision is against Georgia state law. Even if the ballots were not fraudulent ballots, the simple act of counting them without observation is enough to delegitimize the ballot. (According to sworn affidavits)
