Does anyone know of software, a website or an accountant that's able track crypto buys and sells (across a few platforms) reliably for tax purposes?

i use bitcoin.tax.  pretty good for me.

I'm assuming by platforms you mean exchanges? We use cointracking for our clients, typically but certain exchanges don't play nice.

If you want to pm me a list of your exchanges I can check to see if we have a any known issues with cointracking.
