The new Hilton Aspire credit card from American Express comes with an annual $250 credit, which can be used towards room rates, taxes, spas, meals, and other incidentals at any of the 200+ hotels listed here.

There are two ways to purchase someone's credit for use towards your room rate:
1)Use their card to book a prepaid rate online, or
2) Have them make you an AU and then use that card to pay for your room at check-in
Obviously, option 1 is more desirable for everyone.
3) Have the buyer send you a personalized link that pays to the resort.
