I couldn't find a consolidated list of destination that are open and what are the requirements for travel

I would love to keep an accurate wiki so please tag me in any responses that should be added.

Costa Rica: only requirement is to have medical insurance that covers at least $50K and to fill out the form before you head to the airport.
Highly recommend it now, as it’s not crowded and the touring companies and hotels are usually pretty careful. We’ll have to see what happens next week, as the holiday season starts.
