Antarctica Cruise Raffle

For those not following, there were some comments (jokes?) made with regards to putting together a raffle of sorts, with the prize being a ticket(s) to the DD/SF Antarctica Cruise. Some seemed interested in taking the jokes seriously, so here we have it, a place to materialize it. Start a discussion, a wiki, or whatever and let's see if this is actually something we can make happen!

Problem is would it make sense for them to raffle off one berth? Might limit who would buy into that raffle.
