Can the early bird discount be extended for the raffle winner?
Why can't it be before 07/31?

I will try to find one.
Problem is would it make sense for them to raffle off one berth? Might limit who would buy into that raffle.

Exactly what I was thinking too, that would make this 25k.

$26K.
And then they would probably have to include airfare to USH, which could add another $2K, so we're at $30K.

Going to need to sell a lot of raffle tickets to make that up.

$26K.

$28k, as they'd probably want a twin rather than a triple.

Indeed, so $32K being raffled off.
I guess they could do one of those raffles where there are 360 entries with a random amount between $1-$360 based on the ticket number.
Or they could sell 360 tickets at $180 each.
What happens if they don't sell them all though?

In those scenarios above, yes. I think that's the general goal.

Sounds reasonable.
I would say offer the ticket or cash to get more interest but that defeats the purpose.

It has to be a all or nothing raffle. Don't sell all 360 tickets everyone gets a refund.

Well, the charity doesn't need to get as much if they aren't running the raffle. If an individual were to run it, tickets can be sold with 10% going to charity, and anything over  $xx,xxx goes to charity as well. Although there is less of a draw if the charity is profiting less.

+1
I'd buy a ticket for $100 in a heartbeat if if it's going to charity, otherwise potential return is much better with a powerball.
