Should tickets cost $100 and come with a $2K prize or cost $120 and come with a $5K prize on top of 2 berths in a twin cabin?
To expand on this a bit: the raffle ARV cannot be more than 300x the ticket price. Ideal setup is 2x Twin berths + $5k cash, ticket at $100. This would be an ARV of $33k, or 330x the ticket price, and so cannot work.
Possible options:
A. Raffle off 2x Twin + $2k; charge $100. ARV $29.9k, or 299x.
B. Raffle off 2x Twin + $5k; charge $110. ARV $32.9k, or 299x.
C. As above, but charge $118/120. More significant number in Judaism, and can sell ~10% fewer tickets to make it worthwhile.
