Buy a roll of these and @EJB can teach you how to assign people to the numbers. Will add some excitement by having to look up your number.

Many stores carry these and/or any school/camp worth it's salt.

Post here initial and zip code for each ticket #. In most cases that’ll be unique and anonymous and when it’s not that’ll add more suspense

Will be tough Bc you wanna make them exactly the same size. What I’d suggest is this. Print numbers 0-9, 0-9, and 0-9 and put into 3 hats. Pick that for the number.
