Interesting. When I inquired about it, that what I was told.

Anyhow, how would you rate the food?

Have only been there twice and got pizza both times. I thought that it was some of the best gourmet pizza that I've had, but did get sick one of those times... Heard their breakfasts are pretty solid.

Does anyone have experience staying at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel? It's on the campus of Penn.  Seems to be the only major hotel very close to University of Pennsylvania. Thanks.

If you're talking about Lower Merion, then about 20 minutes without traffic.

Depends what time shabbos is over. You can make it to the airport in 15-20 minutes from Lower Merion at night.

Eh, not really. I think the closest one is a Hilton that is probably about a mile and a half away from the Shul.

Thanks for the help. My plan wouldn't work either way. Shabbos ends to late.

My family and I are flying out of phl and have to park our minivan for 14-19 days which can get a bit expensive.  Are there any shuls or other places like that shul near JFK that will let you park for free?  If so how do we get our family of 8 to the airport?  Maybe we can pay someone who lives close to airport  to drive us to airport??
