Are you aware of the criticisms towards your airline (which all seem to boil down to an arrogant/condescending corporate culture) and what, if anything, are you going to do to fundamentally change things?

We are well aware that your customer service is in line with what is acceptable in Israel.  Would you be interested, as a company that has lots of customers from outside of Israel, in learning what customer service means in the rest of the world?

Why as a passenger do I have to feel like a pain to the FA's if I just want to drink! Why can't they have an area where you could take yourself. and those 5oz cups (with no soda can).....

Why in the world do they have a confusing point system instead of regular miles, and what was the logic behind it in the first place?

Don't have experience with LY bookings, but what happens with it?
What other website issues are there?
1- This whole last week the "manage my booking tool" ain't work!
2- Even when it did - the information is never synced correctly! Meal booked or seat! It rarely reflects what has already been confirmed.
2- Can't book flight online with Israeli cc without Israeli Id card no. Many Israel CC holders run it on a Foreign passport number like myself.

They do, but its's always a spontaneous thing organized, which sometimes clashes with service, and annoys crew and gets moved around, ie its tolerated, but not organized.

As 85% of these flights WILL have/need a minyan, they may as well set it up officially.

These flights can have up to 35 carriages at gate check in (KH, from multiple firsthand experiences), so the should dedicate a lane at check in for all passengers with carriages, so that customers don't get annoyed, and that not every family gets up the minute Business boarding begins, adding to the chaos in the gate area.

Many people bring car seats for lap children, which is a huge chilul hashem as it leads to issues, ElAl should not allow a car seat past boarding unless they see a seat on the ticket for the infant.

Correct, but even within a certain window.

And it changes only twice a year, there can be a summer and winter calendar (similar to route calendars).
