I just transferred miles from my Starwood account to Lufthansa Miles & More program. MMiles & More Reps say it can take up to 30 days being that Lufthansa headquarters in Germany only does the transfer once a month so the most it can be is 30 days.
Does anyone know if that is accurate?
If so does anyone know when in the month do they do that transfer, first of the month, middle or the last day of the month, or is it always a different day.
I would appreciate any feedback ,
