I was just able to save an offer to 2 cards on the same login, I refreshed the pages and they're both still saved.

seems it may be new offers only, what offer was it? besides try logging in and out

well obviously there are many conflicting reviews, and DOC jumps to conclusions waaaay to quick. I added the staples offer to 2 cards with the new UI, and it disappeared from one when logging back in.

i saved the office supply offer to multiple cards half an hour ago. still all there. cant save any new offers rolled out recently to two cards

Staples offer still shows on my accts. Disappeared from DW's. Both saved using new UI. 🤷‍♂️

I used the old interface, and after I saved the new Staples offer to one card, when I tried to save it on any other card, it said "Sorry about that!
The offer you selected is currently unavailable. Please try again."

That IINM is an old issue, you'd have to reload the page.
Try again with a different new offer on the old UI and report back.

Well you didn't write which offers you saved. Try some new ones, as those are the ones giving me issues

Update: Offers that were added today, such as $5 off $25 at Staples, do appear to have been killed, so this may indeed be dead for new offers going forward.
