Most of the smaller hotels in Tel Aviv are non kosher, notably the Norman.

120 keys is relatively small. My point was that it's not illegal and actually the norm in Tel Aviv besides for the major hotels. I'm still surprised it's treif considering the new direct competition Setai is Kosher but that may be due to the owners preference.
