Waiting for new crew to fly back to JFK. Not getting clear responses from flight crew or staff or immigration.
Seems a little skeptical that we got diverted and now not able to get off plane. CX (prob) needs aircraft back at jfk but that shouldn't stop them or airport control from allowing passengers who already made new arrangements while on ground to get off
