Correct, and Tri state is pricier indeed. But no way I can see myself sitting within awning stripes, Tri state's feel is like an additional nice room to your home. I found the thinner material to be only the designed linen type materials, the ones with the print are extremely thick, and more expensive too.

Are there anyone else other then Dean and Tri State that better or cheaper?

Make sure you protect them (either painted, or some sort of clear coat spray), otherwise they'll rust.

They claim to be the exact same quality as Leiter's (same manufacturer) and are $10-$20 cheaper per panel.

Is Leiter's just the way to go?

I've mentioned before that it will be almost impossible for anyone to compare, because in general people only buy these type once. That being said, I just got one from sukkahoutlet, but I haven't put it up yet.

Maybe people who “professionally” build sukkahs for others as a living would have an idea on ease of assembly, build quality, and maybe even durability (if they have repeat business every year and have been doing this for a while).

I bought a panel sukkah from Sukkah Outlet 8 years ago and am still (happily) using it. As others said, I've never had Leiter's so I can't compare, but the price was right and I have no regrets.

it varies based on many factors like how you store it and care for it while building it and the enviroment that it is being used in for example in florida the panels may bow or fade more then in NY, not because of quality rather its more dry and the wood inside can warp (leiters uses real 1/4in ply and sukkah depot uses some type of wood pulp thing)

In terms of quality it will be hard to know because most people just get one company and stick with it.

In terms of price, Sukkah Center< Sukkah Outlet < Leiter's , and Sukkah Depot only sends a quote if you request.

For example, for an 8x12 with one door and no windows without schach:
SC $1710 SO $2050 L $2150
All are plus tax and shipping and some may not ship on time without expedited shipping which may change the equation.

I won it in a Chinese Auction, I got "hazelnut" and I did upgrade one panel to a window panel.
