Wood
Pros: Cheap
Easy to change shape or size as your needs for space change
DIY - most people would be able to build it from scratch or make modifications (e.g. add windows)
Can be converted to chazzon ish (replace metal screws with peg screws)
Can integrate a schlock to the structure
Cons: Heavy, Can warp over time. (note: if you use enough fasteners and are also careful to assemble it balanced this can be minimized)
         Needs lots of storage space

Fiberglass
Pros: Easy Setup (on level ground)
Length/width is reconfigurable (you just need to buy a few 2x4 beams if you change layout)
Cons: Expensive
Greenhouse effect on hot days (need to budget for several open/shut windows)
Connection threads can become bent even with proper storage (need to budget for the odd panel replacement here and there)
         Can Crack or Break

Canvas
Pros: Setup in minutes
Cons: Not accepted by all poskim
         Poor protection from cold Weather
         Wind Can be bothersome.

This whole discussion is really not so relevant. There is no dofen akuma at the top at all. It goes less than 4 tfachim out of schach pasul and can likely even eat under it. The question I still need to review is because the roof continues past. Need to go over that aspect.

I don't think it is 3 in even according to RCN. Definitely not according to larger opinions.

They are hinged to each other in 2 gams. Also clamped. The beams are notched and hold the doors.

No that's a separate panel, not in line of or part of the seats

Don't see anyhting there of relevance.

He brings machloket there in a case where you use a house wall as your third wall, with a roof protruding high above the sukka.
(dofen akuma and chavut rami together)

I thought that's what he meant here:

Well then that dofen is akum on both top and bottom.
The bottom is at the end of the vehicle, the top portion of the dofen is pulled in, and then it pops out again.

The poskim talk about the porch walls that have a lip (Israeli ones, bottom concrete wall, top bars), this case seems extreme.

Eta, there is definitely a space btwn seats and roof. So we do have the gud/akum combo. Fun

@aygart, see here and the comments. All Israeli poskim are busy with this. The primary shaila is the 7*7, but you will find as part of the discussion in cases where there is only 10 hight betziruf the bottom wall.

I totally don't understand your question
So strange. What is complicated about a wall Tha starts in point a, then bends outwards, has a ledge, and then continues upwards again??

Are you familiar with a chakak? Where the wall of a house is less than 10, and the chakak is mashlim, cant have a 3 separation.
