Wood
Pros: Cheap
Easy to change shape or size as your needs for space change
DIY - most people would be able to build it from scratch or make modifications (e.g. add windows)
Can be converted to chazzon ish (replace metal screws with peg screws)
Can integrate a schlock to the structure
Cons: Heavy, Can warp over time. (note: if you use enough fasteners and are also careful to assemble it balanced this can be minimized)
         Needs lots of storage space

Fiberglass
Pros: Easy Setup (on level ground)
Length/width is reconfigurable (you just need to buy a few 2x4 beams if you change layout)
Cons: Expensive
Greenhouse effect on hot days (need to budget for several open/shut windows)
Connection threads can become bent even with proper storage (need to budget for the odd panel replacement here and there)
         Can Crack or Break

Canvas
Pros: Setup in minutes
Cons: Not accepted by all poskim
         Poor protection from cold Weather
         Wind Can be bothersome.

Bump - that time of year again. We finally have a house and a place to build a sukkah - now we just need a sukkah. I plan to go modular, not canvas. I've been to see Leiter's and Sukkah Depot, and hope to check out Sukkah Center tomorrow, but they basically all seem the same. Any pros or cons between any of them, or recommendations for which will hold up the best? I've read through the thread, but didn't get much clarity from it. Dan - are you happy with your Leiter's after 3 years?

Has anyone had experience with the Wonder Sukkah?  It is made out of plastic and snaps together similar to lego.

I have only found one place that sells it - Boro Park Lumber - and they want 1300 for a 4x6 without schach.

I'm just loving it. It does require more storage than other sukkas because it's 2 pc. Panels. Also the schlepping is harder because you need to schlep double. Otherwise, it's the best investment.

I have the Leiter Sukkah. It's a pleasure to build, I pretty much do it myself with a bit of help from my wife.

Where did you buy yours?  I looked online but couldn't find any information for it.  The only thing I found was a YouTube video showing how to build it.  That being said, I can't see spending 1300+ on it when I can get an ease lock for 450 which includes schach.

They are the manufacturers so you can't buy it anywhere else. I'm not familiar with other brands, but my Sukkah 13X10 takes an hour start to finish with the walls part less than 15 minutes.

Anyone have any experience with these guys?  Prices seem very good.  http://royalsukkah.com/.  How do they compare to similar canvas Sukkahs (EZ, Deluxe sukkahdepot, sukkah project)?

Funny you should mention them, that's who I went with in the end. They actually have 6x16's, which go for $129 on their website, but when I called them they slashed the prices without me even bargaining. I'm picking up 3 (it's always good to overlap at least a list when you have multiple along their width) of them for around $260 when they arrive at the Jewel Ave store.
Not sure if you saw this, but the CRC Chicago has an article about "schach" that you can get from Home Depot.  It is pretty cheap  compare the cost to others

interesting..

Pricing
During the 2013/5774 Succos season, we priced a few local and internet alternatives for schach and found that: (a) mats specifically certified for Succah‐use, cost 7 to 11 times as much per square foot as the ones recommended in this document, and (b) stores specifically catering to Succah needs were selling loose bamboo poles for approximately 13‐35% cheaper per square foot than Home Depot.
[Price comparisons do not include shipping charges.  Square foot coverage provided by the different alternatives is estimated.]
