The hotel provides Breakfast, Dinner and there is a tea room open all day. - I will post about Shabbos in an upcoming post.

The tea room basically has cakes, a sink with tap water, and coffee - both instant coffee and a machine that brews coffee, latte, espresso & cappuccino (the machine is Parave).

Everyday in the morning next to the tea room there was sandwiches prepared to take along for the day.

Breakfast is buffet, but the waiters are on hand to take away plates etc. Some items from the buffet are put out once and not refilled (like the fruits I made sure to take right away as some items were gone fast). - I will let the picture speak for themselves (Not pictured - by the entrance was setup a hand juice press & oranges)

Dinner is served by your waiter, except the soup where you take from the buffet (There was every day chicken soup + either vegetable or a different soup). When you came to dinner there was 1 Amuse-Geule by your table (I never asked for another one). Only water is served - Soda, Juice or Wine are billed. - I’m posting the nights I was there, menu & all.

Dinner - Wine display - buffet - craving (which had everyday just 1 option)

Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 4

Never asked. Between the buffet, craving, and all other food I didn't need refills

This Kosher Program is run by the hotel itself with their own chefs, so a heads up - the “Jewish” food needs improvement…..

Friday afternoon around 5 in the lobby was setup טעמיה - basically Chicken cutlets, kugel & parave chulent & some fruits.

The meal Friday night was again setup with a buffet with fruits & vegetables. The in-restaurant bar had bottles of Grape Juice & Wine, and for every table you were able to take one choice. Fish was served Gefilte with a Salmon - choice of Moroccan or Marinated (? - IIRC). After the fish the waiters went around with cups of vodka or whiskey. As all other meals - other drinks like soda & juice were billed to you. Soup you had to get from the buffet - only chicken soup, there was noodles, matza balls & Croutons. The main was Brisket (IIRC). Desert (again IIRC) was a chocolate mousse. During the meal the owner went around & greeted the guests, he speaks Yiddish pretty well……

In the morning after Davening the hotel sets up a big kiddush in the front courtyard - which was very nicely setup. There was sushi (7 other fish items) and kugel more or less.

An hour later is the Shabbos meal. By the buffet was fish - Moroccan Salmon + white & carp fish. Egg & Liver was served, then the for the main you got minute steak & on the table they put a plate of chulent. There is a sweet table setup for desert.

Later afternoon / evening סעודה שלישית was served. Buffet like breakfast (less the egg station) and served Salmon & something else I forgot….

Motzai Shabbos there was some food put in the lobby for Melava Malka, a vegetable soup, left over Kugel & Fruit.
