There's some really good biking in Eastham.
Actually, on second thought I'm thinking of Orleans, not Eastham. Not that it should matter, they're right next to each other...
I've never done any biking in Eastham but I imagine it's good.

Anyone have experiences with the four points in Eastham,

is it worth it to base myself there for a weekend with kids?

also what are the must do's in the area, I'm debating whether to take along bikes

Stayed there 2 yrs ago. Its a four points so nothing special at all but still a decent place to stay. There are no ocean view rooms (its not on the water) and some rooms are right by the pool which can be very loud but if you have kids then it may be worth the proximity. There are plenty of bike rentals around and the hotel is right on the bike path which goes along the whole coast so depends if you want to shlepp for the convenience. Try looking into seal watching boat tours for something to do

Why would you go seal watching when there's great whale watching right nearby?

Seal watching is probably easier to do for me as I have two small kids, It's 1.5 hours as opposed to whale watching which takes 4 hours (not comparing the two)

Also whale watching can be hit or miss and all the excitment is everyone oohing and aahing over a peek of a flipper. Seal watching is guaranteed action with hundreds of seals and will be better for his kids

No. It's about an hour drive from Brookline which has a few kosher restaurants.

There's also a local family that could set you up for shabbos meals if interested (not sure how close they are to any hotel though).

Bought the deal the other day, going for the weekend in a few weeks. Trying to get other couples to come with. Any places near the shul, full houses, for a good price?

Actually booked that weekend for Nantucket but canceled.  Please let me know what/where you booked.  Trying to go with friends, so we are looking for a house.

I hadn't actually, but it does look like it may be the way to go. Seems to be a bit less expensive in that area too. Thank you!
where did you end up going if you could still remember so far..... what attractions are there to do in area?  is it recommended for kids ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2?
give some love (likes) to a brother!
