Does every flight out of TLV T3 get inspected at the gate, or would I be able to bring bottles from Schmoozy on the plane?

the only flight I got checked was to USA and they didnt check throughly I had a bottle on the bottom of my briefcase and they didnt see it

I believe only US (& EU) flights

Never got checked on a EU flight.

But it won’t work if you’re connecting, as they will scan your bags in the EU airport.

until you get to security in the EU airport it will work and sometimes you dont have to go thru security in EU airport

I flew DL TLV-JFK a few weeks ago & was not checked (I did arrive only after my name was announced over the airport loudspeakers so maybe that's why)

They generally only check before nonstop flights to the US.
A little tip to not get checked (doesn't always work), is if they ask you if you have fluids, to respond "yes", and fish through your bag and hand over a can of coke etc. and then continue to the plane with all the rest.... (Worked for me like a charm, when I flew UA)

iirc they only checked once and it was on a LY flight, and ive flown on multiple diff airlines.

I tried to go on 1/1 and the airport desk staff told me 12/31 was their last day

There were still drinks in the fridge and everything. I'm not sure if maybe they were just closed for New Year's or what but pretty big loss for TLV. There will be always be Dan...

I was there 12/22 and they didn't say anything.

I have been reliably informed that they have now closed. Apparently a burger joint will replace them. No idea if it will be kosher though.
