TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: Samsung T-Mobile Galaxy of Thanks (the "Offer") is open to T-Mobile customers who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C), Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands are at least eighteen (18) years old or older and are invited to participate in this Offer by receiving a unique “Promotion Code” through the T-Mobile Tuesdays App. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Eligible individuals are each, a “Participant,” collectively the “Participants” (and may also be referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions as “you” or “your”).
2. Timing: Save in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app beginning on August 14, 2018 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and redeem the earlier of August 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET, or while supplies last (the "Offer Period").
3. How to Participate in Offer: During the Offer Period, after receiving a Promotion Code from the T-Mobile Tuesdays App, visit a participating T-Mobile Retail location and locate the Samsung new Samsung Galaxy Note9 demonstration device. Within the “retail mode” of the new Galaxy device, you will find a QR code. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code and it will direct you to the promotion website. You must complete the following actions while you are in the participating store to participate in this Offer.
(1) Complete the initial registration page. At your option, you can enter the Samsung T-Mobile Galaxy of Thanks Sweepstakes by confirming agreement with the Sweepstakes Official Rules.
(2) Verify you are in a participating store by allowing the promotion site to confirm your location.
(3) Submit the unique Promotion Code you received from the T-Mobile Tuesdays App.
(4) While supplies last, you will receive an email with the “Offer Code.”
(5) Follow the instructions to redeem the Offer Code for Samsung Reward Points. If you have not already enrolled, you will be required to join the Samsung Rewards Program (Terms and Conditions apply).
(6) You must redeem the Offer Code and claim the Samsung Reward Points no later than August 31, 2018.
4. Samsung Rewards Points Offered: Provided you have fully complied with these Terms and Conditions, you will automatically receive 6,250 Samsung Rewards Points. Sponsor reserves the right to deduct the Samsung Rewards Points from Participant’s Samsung Rewards Account awarded if it determines Participant has violated these terms or any other requirement set forth in the Samsung Rewards Terms and Conditions.
