Any DP’s around to what triggered the $300 credit?

Also, I have until the anniversary date to use it?

Just want to make sure, as calendar year is almost over.

Please Help -

I just noticed that I never received the signup bonus on this which normally would have come months ago.

I called in and they advised that even though I finished all required spending, and paid the full annual fee, they decided to do a review on my account and decided to decline and revoke the promotion from my account "due to having had numerous other accounts over the years which were deemed to have been signed up for just for the initial signup offer and then closed" she also claimed they deemed it as "misuse" and they will never allow me to receive another signup offer again on any new account, whether or not I had it previously.

I then explained that my business spending and travel needs are complicated and constantly evolving which is why I had needed to constantly change my credit cards based on those needs. it got me nowhere.

Anyway to reverse this?

Anyone to speak to?

I feel that they're entitled to make this decision and inform me of such for the future. But, in a case where they never mentioned anything, I spent everything necessary, paid the hefty annual fee, kept to all their terms, I should be entitled to the bonus. By not giving it I feel they mislead me when signing up for the card, spending, paying the annual fee...

Do I have any recourse?

Small Claims?

Anyone else have this with Amex?

Class action?

TIA!

Isn't this a benefit of the Luxury card only?

That's what I thought but this is the only explanation.
Maybe it's across all SPG spend?

Did you spend 75k on one card, or in total on personal and biz?

Never heard of it taking so long. Let us know if you get it or need to get it added manually.

According to the rep only the basic member on the account is eligible, and in my case the charge was on AU card

Not sure if this was mentioned but in an email I got from them to upgrade my card, it says AU also gets global entry credit…
Seems like only the basic cardholder gets the credit. Its in the terms and conditions

You used it already, and were going for a second? Or you just put the (only) charge on the AU card?
