Just finished 30 mins ago with Nueratrend maids in Riverdale, ny. She did a pretty good job, not anything to complain about when it’s free. She said she was technically only supposed to be there from 11-1:30 but she came late so she left late. Also strange thing she needed to sign into my WiFi to get on the amazon app to show that she had arrived and left she also had to take a selfie of her self in the apt.

Got a call just now from the cleaning service crew. Scheduled for tomorrow but their cleaner is sick so they rescheduled!!

In Manhattan. RoomTurn. We asked for Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. They picked Friday morning and never even showed up! Confirmed on Thursday and no contact whatsoever until after the 8-11am window was up. Offered $20 credit in compensation. What a joke.

I had Total Clean Service in the Bay Area in CA a few days ago.
A nice "technician" came in 30 minutes late, but worked for almost 2.5 hours on a 2BR apartment. It wasn't a perfect cleaning, but most stuff was cleaned well and for the price I paid it was worth it.

I'm not sure what the deal is..
But the day this came out on ddms, I ended up with 6 appointments for free under one account.
Checked all orders and they all said $0.
Since then, I've rescheduled some of the appointments and had one completed appointment two days ago.
Now my account is showing 8 future appointments and only one of them showing $0.

Anyone have the same/similar?
