I do not think they did it "unauthorized". When you purchased the deal, you purchased the weekly plan. They therefore created and scheduled the next 5 weeks in your plan, to be same day and time as original one, on subsequent weeks. Check your orders page, it will show you the date it was scheduled for.

Discount only applies to first 2 orders, after that is full price.

The cleaning company I booked is asking me to cancel one of my orders since it will automatically set up as weekly. It doesn’t make any sense since I booked them for different days of the week

Had them a few days ago, you should get an email confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment.
and BTW she did a great job!
