Cleaning service after they confirmed for this sunday changed it to tomorrow (shabbos). When they called to confirm I told them only sunday they hung up. Got a cancellation email from amazon. Called and got a $30 credit.

they just added a $30 promo credit to my account. my original order was approx $30 and lucky for me the new order placed is about $60

For me they added a $50 promos besides a full refund for a full order.

Yes. WHen you signed up for the original discounted service, weekly or bi-weekly, it automatically will add appointments to your account on that basis. But don’t worry. You can always cancel after the original appt is finished and it will remove the others.

I had an appointment with Total Clean Service today, they did not show up nor did they reach out to me at all.

Got a $50 credit and supposedly they will reschedule with another company, though I doubt it will happen.

I just had my first appointment with "Total Clean Service" in Monsey. They came on time and did a good job.

2 people for 2 hours 1000sq feet and 2 bathrooms for $18.50

For me, service was through CleanliYes LLC. They were supposed to come this morning, 8-11am. No one showed. I did not get any message or cancellation notice.

Funny thing is, if they were really good, I would have seriously considered using them on a regular basis.

Btw, I don't know the exact measurements of my apartment...I guesstimated 1500-2000; trying to run numbers, it might be more like 2500, give or take. WHat happens in those situations? Do they just clean up to that amount of the apartment, charge more, or...?

Thanks. I'm having them erev succos and was getting nervous from all the negative reviews. Glad it worked out.
