Rockport shoes vs ecco

I used to wear only ecco shoes, til I tried a rockport shoe 2 years ago and really liked it, now with the ecco sale in thinking about going back to ecco.


 any pro's or con's to one over the other ?
( besides price which ecco is usually much more expensive)

I feel like Rockport is always 1 or two styles behinds, while Ecco is 3 or 4.

I wear these as my everyday, and they have lasted a long time.

Ecco and Rockport are just 2 brands, and each makes many different products. I wouldn't judge on a brand alone, though most Ecco's would be better quality than a Rockport IMO.

I need a water resistant, slip resistant dress shoe for work and found these to be great. I keep them in my cart and when the price drops below $60 (sometimes even $45) I grab a couple.

Overall ecco shoes are better in quality and comfort. That not to say that it's the fact for everyone.

I got my first Ecco shoes from a dansdeals deal(thanks!) and they lasted a very long time. True they might not be as stylish as rockport or others but they’re stylish enough that the quality shouldn’t be overlooked .
