I made a reservation on UA to TLV and it was in Z class.
I knew that it was the last day it was pricing for that fare so I gave them a cc right away, 4 hrs passed and it wasn't ticketed so I called them and they assured that it will be done soon, long story short I kept on calling and they kept in promising that it's on Q and should be done shortly. 11Pm I called again and they assured again that I'm guaranteed with the fare since I gave them already the cc, at the end it was not ticketed before 12, next day I rang them up again and they apologized that they couldn't book cause fare has expired.  Bottom line they seem to me as another creepy so called corporate agency who doesn't even have their own contracts and ticketing.

Or like most agencies/airline reps who don't have ticketing rights and gets dumped on a Q

I posted once how LH rebooked someone and 12 hours later when they arrived to the airport it wasn't ticketed and they had to pay

"The very best corp contracts" don't give you NET, the same price as TTC, since one way or another you are going to pay something for ticketing.
TTC as a consumer you get the entire discount with no fees, (it prices published though, it's not a real net).
As an agent, though we still benefit by selling TTC, which makes it the single best UA contract for agents, and better than any corp contract.(since even the best UA corp contracts have no benefits to agents without adding fees, and most likely anyone giving you access is charging you a fee).

Do they have a list of airlines that are under the contract, excluding all other airlines?
