eh, I think there is an argument to be made.

im getting $205 clawed back, im not going to fight it. different story with those getting 5 or 6 figures clawed back.

also, you run the risk of Amex saying "ok, we will settle with you, but we want to terminate our relationship"

Let's not call these clawbacks. If you earn MR points and they claw them back before you use them, that's a clawback. These are "we're gunna charge you cuz we gave you credits we didn't wanna give you.

That doesn't inform us whether AH + AU with different name / ssn are each allowed to get a credit. My reading of the T&Cs says that it does - each name/ssn is allowed 1 credit across all Amex CCs.

Yuyu, he was just asking if there's clawback if used on primary card only.
