Have the At&T offer on 2 different accounts (same login) 1 is for points and 1 for $. Will they claw that back as well? (wasn't multi tab). The terms say one across all accounts however also says limit to one MR account and by me 1 is for cash back?

It would make sense that staples was behind it. That is not a guarantee that it won’t happen with others... but so far so good.

When did they change the terms ?
Didn't the Staples offer always have the same language ?

Class action won't help each individual recuperate all their money.

Only way is to sue, or file arbitration

Correct, class action will not get all money refunded, if you have a large amount clawed back.
