I canceled a ToyotaCare warranty on a vehicle financed with Bank of America through Toyota Financial Services. The loan was fully paid up and the overpayment was supposed to be sent to me by BoA. ToyotaCare claims they sent a check to BoA and BoA claims they never got anything from them. What recourse do I have?

the mechanic has to contact them and get approved, but everyone takes them.

I've had good success with route 66 warranty 'bumper to bumper' with a list of exclusions.
The ones that give a list of things they cover are a waste IMO.

 none will pay in total more than the car is worth at time of claim, and since claims usually crop up later in warranty this is important. Nowadays with inflated values this would be better than it used to be.
