Another store I checked out (Freidman’s) had the estate also for $1,500 but I got the Lux estate for the same price and he upped it to a pillow top and he included the grey faux suede base!

Hard to compare as they are not exactly the same, but technically yes.

Looking for recommendations for a firm mattress that won't sag within a few years. Don't like memory foam. It seems to me from searching that they don't really make traditional inner spring mattresses anymore unless I go to a small company that charges thousands for what I assume is probably a great product but more than I'm willing to spend right now. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I had come across this at some point in all my searching. Is this a mattress company you've dealt with personally or know good things about?

We have a Fairmont bed, but have those mattresses for our kids and guests and always get rave reviews.

They have a bunch of options. Any you specifically recommend? IF you happen to know offhand.  I assume your guest ones don't get used that often but would love to know which ones you have that get good reviews.
