At the airport - HELP!!

I booked an ANA award on Turkish TLV-IST-GRU. Was on the 5 AM TLV-IST and connecting to GRU 9:40 AM. I changed the date of the ticket, and they put the new one for 1 AM departure for TLV-IST, and I didn't realize and missed the TLV-IST flight. The 5 AM flight has seats available, and I can make the 940 connection if they put me on the 5 AM flight, but airport reps in TLV say they can't do anything because it was bought through ANA. There are no mileage seats available for the 5AM flight, so ANA is saying they can't do anything. Also, Turkish marked as no show. Is there anything that can be done? Who should I pressure?

How about you ask them to reissue it without the TLV segment and pay the no show fee, and then purchase a revenue ticket to IST?

It's up to TK at this point to reissue ticket. ANA can't help without award availability.

Technically speaking TK cant reissue an ANA tkt stock. But airport agents can do whatever the hell they want

Israeli reps at the airport say they're only contractors for TK, so they can't do anything because was booked by ANA. Spoke to front line reps as well as the lady in the office upstairs said the same thing.

So I guess you need to get ANA on the line and work it out together with the TK agent

He's at airport. If they weren't contract agents, they could reissue ticket regardless of the fact it was issued by ANA. TK now controls.

TK Tel-Aviv office is pretty competent and helpful IME, but that's the sales office, not airport contract agents.

I don't think so. I've contacted them via email and phone, but only during regular business hours.

Try to reach a sales office that's actually open now. Something further east. Preferably in a destination with frequent service by TK. Maybe DOH.

Ya, found the number, but only available during business hours. Is there a chance they can put on the flight the following day? I.e. 24 hours later, or the only chance is for today?
