Buying cellphone without contract

Does anyone know of any place where I can get a NEW phone for Sprint at a reasonable price WITHOUT UPGRADE/CONTRACT SIGNUP?
 I'm looking for the Motorola Photon and the cheapest place I found is EBay.  Any other ideas out there?

Ebay - especially through auction - is probably your best bet. But you can try craigslist - but be careful to get new in box sealed only...otherwise - your risk...

Try Amazon Wireless! They are often cheaper than buying directly.

btw same would apply to eBay I met someone today who bought a supposedly new phone on ebay but upon entering a system code it showed that it was reconditioned!
