I opened up a keybank acct when they were running their ipod promo. A week later they closed my and wifes account -out of the blue. I spoke to the executive office, person who closed it, investigators, etc. they all dont want to tell me why it was closed. Additionallly, they dont want to send me the funds in my acct , I have to go down to the branch which is 3 hours away. All I did was make one direct deposit of $500 from my amazon acct and made a few transactions using my debit card to meet the 15 or 10 transactions a month. Theres nothing I can think of . Does anyone have any idea what to do ?
