To save you time, here's a sum up of this thread. If you're getting married close to NYC (yes, Brooklyn is in NYC) - just go to the Andaz 5th. :)

REMEMBER: You must take your kesubah with you, or give it to someone to hold for you. The kallah has to know where it is.

i spoke to the manager before and confirmed 4pm checkout. No upgrade as there is only one suite and it was booked though he booked the next largest room which was the executive king. I am not diamond just gold.
Manager seemed to want to help out as much as possible
Ok thanks. The 1 suite is kind of a bummer.

i can't imagine its usually booked. It's not online and the Hilton reps can't see it, and even the actual hotel reps kept on transferring me to the central booking office who can't see it. Seems the actual hotel is the only people who can book it for you and they don't seem intent on doing that.

Call them and try to make a dummy booking, see what happens. Maybe I just had bad luck

Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.
