To save you time, here's a sum up of this thread. If you're getting married close to NYC (yes, Brooklyn is in NYC) - just go to the Andaz 5th. :)

REMEMBER: You must take your kesubah with you, or give it to someone to hold for you. The kallah has to know where it is.

Does the Andez, or W hoboken have 2 beds in the suite??
In general it Seems like most suites have only 1 bed...

Gonna need a poll for that one, how many needed the couch/extra bed on their first night :P

+1. If you can get a much nicer room don't agonize over it, just go with the suite and ask for a rollaway. As Dan points out, most of the time it doesn't get used anyway (I can't vouch for that very scientific estimation of the the percentages  ;D, but as others have mentioned, that's what many chosson teachers and rabonim who pasken on these inyonim will tell you is the case). The rollaway is not so terrible as a backup option.

For my wedding night I stayed in the St. Regis New York (thank you starwood). While we only got a regular room, when we got to the counter to check in, the woman was so sad that she couldn't upgrade us to a suite, that she booked us for a free (upgraded) night on our one year anniversary.  ;D

Where in Brooklyn? If it's Williamsburg, just go with something in the city.

Better off with 12.5K+$150 (or a cheap rate if its on a weekend) and a DIA upgrade cert.
