American Express Green Card Revamp Coming?

[Rumor] American Express To Refresh Green Card (4x On Gas, 3x On Streaming & More)
American Express plans to refresh the Green charge card they currently offer, it’s expected that these changes will go live sometime in March but possibly as early as February. Expected changes are as follows:

Card earns at the following rates:
4x points on gas purchases
3x points on streaming services
American Express are also trying to include Amazon Prime as a benefit of this card. It isn’t clear if the $95 annual fee will be increased or not, I suspect it will considering when other cards have been refreshed American Express has also increased the annual fee. Currently there is no reason to keep this card long term, so the card itself is in desperate need of a refresh. If the annual fee remained the same and they added Prime as a benefit then I’d keep it long term as $95 is cheaper than Prime by itself. I imagine if Prime is added the annual fee would also be increased to $119.

Qwestion is if its worth applying before the revamp if the annual fee is going to be increased and AF is not waived first year.

If prime is included I'm sure after will be more than 119. Maybe it'll have prime as sub like amex used to do with bc and bcp

as per Doc Update 3/23/19: American Express is hoping to refresh this card by June/July. I’m not sure if the exact specifics are the same as mentioned below or if they have made further tweaks but the refresh date has firmed for June/July period.
