I'm not vegan. I just know it's not healthy to eat so much red meat. Furthermore, cow is not a healthy animal, eat bison.

You said it's a small percentage. Technically at least 51% of the world cow population is healthy and potentially glatt kosher.

Just find out the facts on the ground as to what percentage of shechita gets labeled glatt kosher.
