Why not it depends on the angle of the beach. I have seen it many times. Besides the pic could be of the rising sun.

Never saw a rising sun with that much red.   Has to be setting rising sun has more blue and more bright to it as to a setting sun is more dark and night setting in. This is a rising sun over east J

Nope its from 5 years ago and as you can tell from the pic I was driving. I probably count on 1 hand the amount of times I woke up early enough for a sunrise (though I did stay up late enough to see quite a few )

But ur right by them i was fathering my child :-). I took the night shift - its when I stay up till 7 ish  or so - do the simalac thing) and watch games on mute :-) half asleep   So at one point when i was walking in the dining room trying to quiet down the little one i snapped that pic . בסדר?!
