Asking for someone else...

They want to connect a Korg PA600 to a Windows 10 computer via USB to record in Audacity. It worked fine on one computer but they want to record on another computer which doesn't have internet access. We tried downloading and installing the driver from this link: https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/driver/0/90/3541/ but Audacity still didn't recognize that the keyboard was plugged in.

Does anyone know if there's a different driver or something to download and install? The internet computer downloaded something automatically but the other one couldn't, and we don't know what to download.
