I don't wanna be a jerk but I bought it to flip. Of you would like to make me an offer that's fine otherwise ill sell on eBay. Again I don't mean to take advantage of a fellow dd forumn member just looking to make some extra cash

thanks.. but im not that desp. I wudda loved one for that price- but i really cant afford much more for a gadget... good luck selling all of them!

I'm pretty sure in the end there will be plenty to go around. I also have an extra one coming to me probably. We all just got to wait to see if all these orders are going to go through or not.

I have One from amazon and one from barnes and noble. Don't see why either would cancel

I have one from Sears pending- one rep told me they canceled all the orders -then another said they were still on. After the initial purchase order I haven't received another confirmation email yet so we shall see. HP also has been cancelling orders apparently. I never got a confirmation email from them at all but when I sign in with my order number it does show an existing order-

i would love to help you out... i also plan to wait cus im sure there will b an overlfow in the market now and pple wont b able to sell for what they think they can sell for...

No offense but I need the money myself. I'm not so sure the market will go down though. I posted for $160 on Miami Craigslist and have been getting phone calls all day.

I've been keeping up with this on Slick Deals. Looks like everyone who ordered from Amazon is going to get cancelled, same with Barnes and Noble and CDW.

everyone? don't think that makes sense. they must have had a certain amount of inventory avail which means that the first x amount of orders should be honored. the question becomes if you're from that first x amount.

on a side note, what's the story with reading ebooks from the tablet, does it have sort of "reading" screen like the nook/kindle? or is it just like reading a book from a small computer screen? (which would suck obviously)

MacMall, OnSale, PcConnection are all the same company. The reps from them are saying all the orders will be cancelled because they never had that much stock to begin with. Sucks!
