You can join Voices For American Troops for $14.

They use the same EQ HP for 90 days (except mortgages).

The CCs are nothing special, although they do have an uncapped 5% gas CC if you qualify through certain relationships. I would not recommend MS on their cards.

They are known for the quarterly pre approvals for CCs, loans and the PLOC with SP only.

Max CC exposure is $50K and the PLOC $25K.

Don't join for their free NexGen EQ FICO. It's useless.

If any of these things interest you, it's worth it.
That's what i meant. $14 for the voices for american troops, and $5 for the saving account. The score they give is useless? And why would you not recommend MS on their cards? I liked the 90 day period on one pull, and I'm not too concerned about an EQ pull, but a big reason why i would sign up is for the score. Thanks.

Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

Because nobody uses a NextGen score. It maxes at 950 FYI.

They are sensitive to MS from reports that I have seen.

So if the score was a reason for signing up, it's a waste? The preapprovals sound interesting, but i don't think I'm hitting it just for that.

People don't join PenFed for the score.

i was an au on someones account that was maxed out and my fico score dropped so i closed my au card, that was a year ago but i still see that card on my credit report, however its not showing anymore activity and its not included in my cl, my question is does it still hurt my credit score when it shows on my credit report a card that was maxed out the month i closed it? do i have to call in the cb to dispute it or once i closed it even its on my report its not having a affect on my score?

Question: I have only one amex account, but on my report it came up as double,
Should I dispute it or not?
My reason for not disputing it, is that now my total credit limit exceeds 15k, which is useful for getting excepted to another cc, and I pay my bills on time...
So should I dispute or not?

I don't know, but on my score it shows a double open amex account, I.E. my statement printed with 47$, so it comes up as 2 amex a cc unts and each 47$...

Hmmm.  If you add yourself as an AU on your own AMEX, does your open date report the same as the original card?

I would assume you're no different than any other AU. Should I TARB?
